The Lawrence Teachers Association helped prepare 40 baskets for local families in need on Dec. 22 at the Number Two School in Inwood.
The LTA, with help from many Lawrence students, helped organize the baskets right before Christmas with $1,900 donated by faculty members district wide. The baskets contained assorted food and drinks.
