Lynbrook firefighters recently took part in a mutual aid call from the Rockville Centre Fire Department for a house fire in the early morning on April 21.
Dylan Bien, of Lynbrook’s Truck Company, helped fight the fire and found the homeowner’s cat in the burning home and rescued it.
He brought the pet out to safety as the firefighters continued to battle the blaze.
