Rockville Centre’s John Mirando, who is the Village of East Rockaway’s Village Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer, received the coveted Man of the Year Award from the East Rockaway Chamber of Commerce during its annual Networking Dinner earlier this month at the East Rockaway Yacht Club.
