Mercy Medical Center goes tropical

Posted

The Friends of Mercy Medical Center will host its famous luau on Thursday, June 16 at the Ocean Club in Atlantic Beach from 7 to 11 p.m. This casual, fun evening will be a great night you won’t want to miss.

Enjoy an array of Hawaiian-inspired food, including surf and turf and exotic cocktails. The music is sure to energize the crowd, and tickets are $100 per person. “Reverse Raffle” tickets, where the last 12 tickets pulled are the winners, are available for $100 each, with a grand prize of $7,000! Only 200 raffle tickets are sold for the evening, so reserve yours early! Raffle tickets can be purchased by individuals or by groups. The drawings will be held throughout the luau, and winners need not be present to win.

The proceeds from the luau will go towards the planned expansion and renovation of Mercy Medical Center’s Patio Grill. Located on the main floor, renovation plans include doubling the dining space, new furnishings and decor and a redesign aimed to reflect a true café.
