Brooklyn Rider
Brooklyn Rider brings its flair for the unexpected to Rockville Centre. The adventurous, genre-defying string quartet – composed of violinists Johnny Gandelsman and Colin Jacobsen, Nicholas Cords on viola and cellist Eric Jacobsen – combines a wildly eclectic repertoire with a gripping performance style that is drawing critical acclaim from both classical and rock critics.

Who Will Carry The Word?
Enter the world of a group of French resistance fighters captured during the Holocaust in Charlotte Delbo’s play. Based on her experiences as a member of the French resistance, this moving drama depicts the lives of 23 women while they share a barracks in Auschwitz, They attempt to keep their sanity and hopes alive as they fall victim to the terror.

Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo
Take everything you’ve ever thought about ballet and modern dance and then forget it. The all-male dance troupe Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo presents an amusing, spirited performance, bringing their tutus with them! Founded in 1974 for the purpose of presenting a playful view of classical ballet in parody form, the troupe has established itself as a dance phenomenon since then. The program includes Swan Lake and Go for Barocco, a satire on George Balanchine’s choreography.
