Strength training at the library
Follow fitness instructor Kimberly Ayoung for some basic strength training at the Lakeview Public Library on Monday, April 30, from 6 to 7 p.m. Ayoung will lead the class to do muscle conditioning, cardio and stretches for the ultimate workout. Wear comfortable clothing and bring light hand weights. Please register at least three days prior to the program. All programs are subject to cancellation with insufficient registration.
