Love and all its complexities is the subject of a blog by and Oceanside freelance writer who is looking to incorporate her life lessons into a book. Danielle Bertoli writes stories about love and the lessons that coincide with relationships, heartbreak, strength, and resilience.

“These stories are my own personal experiences that I share to illustrate the interconnectedness of the human condition,” Bertoli said, “I started my blog in January of 2014 just as a hobby and a place to share my writing with others. I’ve had journals since I was seven years old and all of them are mainly filled with stories about love, life and relationships. I tend to write in a confessional writing style; I don’t really know how to write without being completely open and honest.”

Bertoli noticed that the more personal the post was the greater response she received. “I love when I write a blog post and then after posting, receive an influx of emails from people who can relate to what I’ve been through. My goal with my writing is to share my own experiences so that others who have been through something similar won’t feel as alone. I am still trying to reach more people with my blog - it’s a slow and steady process but one that’s been really enjoyable for me.”

Bertoli recently took part in a writer’s workshop and began to look at her writing more seriously. She says she feels connected to millennials and teens. Her writing is available at http://tcat.tc/1TCr2ZP
