The Oceanside Chamber of Commerce held its annual Installation Dinner last Saturday, swearing in its officers and honoring members of the community.
Town of Hempstead Councilman Anthony Santino was on-hand to swear in the Chamber’s officers: Gail Carlin will be serving as President, Don Decker as Vice President, Steve Kass as Secretary and Kim Keller as Treasurer.
But the night was also an opportunity for the Chamber to honor members of the community. Blake Smith was given the Youth Award. Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union was honored as the Business of the Year, and Thomas Cesiro III was the Chamber’s Citizen of the Year.
