Fog/Mist Police arrest O'side bank robbery suspect

Nassau County Police say they caught the man who allegedly robbed TD Bank on Long Beach Road twice in the past month.
According to police, Melvin Olivo, 34, of Oceanside went to TD Bank on Feb. 19 and 27, each time handing a note to to tellers demanding cash.
Olivo lives on Foxhurst Road across the street from TD Bank. He has been charged with first-degree robbery. He was arrested before for third-degree robbery and second-degree assault. He was arraigned on March 1 in First District Court in Hempstead.
