Police: NJ man photographed Bellmore girls softball practice, exposed self

Police arrested a New Jersey man on Tuesday for allegedly behaving lewdly while watching a girls’ softball practice in Bellmore last month.

According to Nassau County police, at around 7 p.m. on Aug. 17, Carl Livingston, 19, of Pittstown, NJ, was seen taking pictures and exposing himself in his vehicle while watching the softball practice from the parking lot of Newbridge Park. Police responded, but Livingston left the parking lot before they arrived.

After an investigation, police tracked down Livingston on Tuesday in Uniondale, where they arrested him without incident.

Livingston is charged was public lewdness, and was to be arraigned on Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
