The Long Beach and Nassau County Police Departments are searching for two women wanted for grand larceny following a theft at a Long Beach nail salon last month, and police are offering a $5,000 reward in the hopes of identifying the suspects.

The incident occurred on May 11 at around 5 p.m., when police said that the two women (pictured) allegedly stole a woman’s handbag at George’s Nail Salon, at 14 E. Park Ave., that contained a wallet, credit cards, and an iPhone.

Crime Stoppers is asking anyone who can identify the suspects, or with any information about the crime, to call its toll-free hotline at 1 (800) 244-TIPS (8477). All calls will be kept confidential.
