A 35-year-old woman faces felony drug charges after an investigation in Valley Stream and Freeport led to her arrest for allegedly setting up a large heroin sale.

Fiona Johnson, of Jamaica, Queens, was arrested in Queens at 10:40 p.m. on April 23. Nassau County police said she had 12 small bags of heroin in her sweatshirt and more than 500 in the center console of a 2008 Honda Accord. Police said she had agreed to sell a “large amount of heroin.”

Johnson was charged with second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arraigned on April 24 at First District Court in Hempstead.

Narcotics and Vice Squad detectives conducted the investigation in conjunction with the Long Island Heroin Initiative and the Freeport Police Department.
