Pia Califano, 7, left, Philip Califano, 7, and Ally Ramirez, 9, took a camel for a ride at the Cole Bros. Circus in Oceanside. Philip has been undergoing treatment for an inoperable brain stem tumor for the last year. The Cole Bros. Circus decided to treat Philip and his family to some pre-show fun, letting him see what it was like to be in the center ring.
