Rosenthal has been a real asset

To the Editor:

On behalf of the RVC Youth Council, I want to commend the Herald for its excellent choice of Art Rosenthal as Person of the Year. Art, the executive director of the Confide drug and alcohol counseling center, has been a tremendous asset to so many individuals and organizations in the community. He has been a consistent force behind the Youth Council, from its inception to its current state. He continually provides guidance, education and strength to our members, and makes a point to attend our monthly meetings — or, if he can’t be there, to send a representative from Confide.

For his unending involvement in the RVC Youth Council, making sure the youth in our community have the education and resources they need, we are forever grateful to Art and congratulate him on a well-deserved honor.
