Light Rain Rockville Centre schools delay opening

Due to road conditions after Thursday's nor'easter, the Rockville Centre School District has instituted a delayed opening for Friday, Feb. 14.
All elementary schools will open at 11:00 a.m., and bus pickups will begin at 10:30 a.m., except for Covert School.
South Side Middle School will hold Advisory at 9:45 a.m., and bus pickups will begin at 9:20 a.m.
South Side High School will hold Period 1 at 9:25 a.m., and bus pickups will begin at 9:05 a.m.
There will be no Project GREAT program held this morning.
