Stepping Back In Time

Living History Tour
Experience historic Rock Hall through the eyes of a slave on a guided walking tour of the estate. She shares secrets and stories of her life at Rock Hall. During this historically accurate program, visitors are personally escorted through the cellar and first two floors of the home. Along the way, participants may also encounter other members of the Martin household wandering the halls during this interactive and engaging performance. The tour concludes with complimentary hot cocoa, tea, and
cookies.

Chamber Masterworks
Chamber Players International celebrates the music of Rachmaninoff and Khandoshkin at its brunch and concert program. The performance includes the great Piano Trio, Op. 9 of Sergei Rachmaninoff, preceded by some beautiful duos from the 18th century Russian composer Ivan Kandoshkin. Violinist Anastasia Khitruk, cellist Adrian Daurov, and pianist Konstantin Soukhovetski are the featured musicians for this concert.

Autumn Hike
Spend a crisp fall afternoon experiencing the sights and sounds of the season at Muttontown Preserve. Explore the many fascinating parts of the preserve on the guided hike: woodland trails, meadows, upland woods and wetlands, as well as examine the geology of the area.
Sunday, Nov. 14, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. $3 fee. Enrollment is limited. Registration required. Walk begins at Bill Paterson Nature Center. Muttontown Preserve, Muttontown Lane, East Norwich. (516) 571-8500.
