Students celebrate Earth Day in Malverne.

Throughout the month of April students in kindergarten and first and second grades at Maurice W. Downing Primary School in Malverne geared up for their Earth Day celebration. In honor of Earth Day, which was April 22, students in Ms. Noce's and Mrs. Patton's class put on a show for their peers about ways to help protect the earth. They shared information about ways to reduce, reuse and recycle. Pictured is a highlight of the event.
