Jillian E. Daly Foundation fundraiser

Come to Kasey’s Kitchen & Cocktails on June 18 for the 6th annual Jillian E. Daly Foundation fundraiser to benefit autoimmune disease research. There will be raffles, music, open bar and a great buffet. And all of the money will go to a great cause! The fun starts at 6 p.m. and goes until 10 p.m.

Daddy and Me rockets!

Come to the Tanglewood Preserve on June 19 for the Center for Science Teaching and Learning’s annual Daddy and Me rockets program! Celebrate Father’s Day by building a rocket and launching it with your child. The cost is $25 per rocket. The fun goes from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

An evening with George Anderson

George Anderson, the most scientifically tested medium on Earth, will be speaking at the Sandel Senior Center on June 21 and talking about his new book, “Life Between Heaven and Earth.” He will be joined by his editor, Gary Jansen. The event is sponsored by Turn of the Corkscrew. The talk starts at 7 p.m.
