The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory up until 6 p.m. for Long Island. Nassau County could see 2 to 4 inches of snow, while Suffolk County could get 4 to 8 inches. The Long Island Rail Road and its customers may suffer minor delays on other branches during the morning rush hour and should give themselves extra time getting to the stations.

Full service has been restored on all LIRR branches, including the Long Beach, Hempstead, West Hempstead and Far Rockaway Branches with some delays on the Babylon and Port Washington branches. Service to/from Atlantic Terminal is also restored following the completion of clean-up from this weekend's blizzard.
