Town of Hempstead officials, including, from left, Councilman Gary Hudes, Supervisor Anthony Santino and Clerk Nasrin Ahmad, came to the Bellmore Long Island Rail Road station to announce a plan that would increase the number of resident-only spaces in commuter parking lots from 2,400 to 6,400.
