In July 2009, Temple Sinai of Long Island and Temple Emanu-El of Lynbrook merged to become Temple Am Echad, The South Shore Reform Synagogue.  To symbolize the melding of these historic congregations into a vibrant new entity, Temple Am Echad is enhancing the space familiarly known as the Biblical Garden.
