Mangano at an awards ceremony in June at the Theodore Roosevelt Executive and Legislative Building in Mineola. Hillman was honored for his Eagle Scout service project, a seven-month-long reconstruction of the kayak storage area at the Norman J. Levy Park and Preserve in Merrick. more
