Representatives from the East Rockaway and Oceanside school districts and from Marina Pointe condominiums developer Beechwood Homes have cleared up some confusion concerning where residents of the complex — which is on the border of East Rockaway and Oceanside — would attend school. Next year’s spending plan — about $2.9 million, or 1.97 percent, larger than the current one — took advantage of its allowable tax levy increase of 2.15 percent.
