During an inspection of Rockville Centre schools on Sept. 2, South Side High School Principal Dr. Carol Burris described how the school's cafeteria is the source of safety, security and educational impediments due to its size and design. She said that as the cafeteria is now, it would take seven periods to serve all students in the building.
