CJ’s Coffee Shop in Rockville Centre prides itself in being family owned and operated. As the daughters of the owner, Chris Lawrence, sisters Loreen, Jennifer, and Kerri Lawrence have spent a lot of time in the Long Beach Road eatery throughout the years. The family restaurant is owned and operated by the Lawrences, founded by Chris and his brother John in 1979. The sisters have worked alongside their father for as long as they can remember.
