Homicide Squad detectives reported that Daniel Benison, 22, of 47 Woodline Drive E., who was with a 20-year-old female passenger, was traveling southbound on Newbridge Road at Falcon St. in his 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass when he crossed over into the northbound lane and collided with a 2007 Honda Odyssey. more
Veterans, scouts, marching bands and Little Leaguers are set to take part in the Bellmores’ annual Memorial Day parade, which is scheduled to kick off on Monday, May 30, at 9 a.m. The parade will begin at the veterans monument at Newbridge Road Elementary School in North Bellmore and proceed south to the veterans monument in Bellmore Village. Newbridge Road School had its concert on Monday, just before the holiday break.
