The Hendrickson Park administration building will no longer house Valley Stream’s recreation department. Three feet of water in the building during a heavy rainstorm on Aug. 14 has prompted village officials to move the department to the Firemen’s Field clubhouse and seek other uses for the 45-year-old building. more
