That’s the hope of Merokean Jill Levine, executive director of Forever Nine: the Robbie Levine Foundation, a nonprofit organization that raises funds to equip school ball fields with AEDs and provide CPR/AED training to youth sports organizations. more

The Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District swim team, the Sharks, recently took part in the Long Beach Polar Bear Super Bowl Sunday Splash to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Their efforts, combined with support from their families, friends and teachers, enabled them to raise more than $3,300 for the cause. more
