The Baldwin Public Library came alive with music and movement on April 11 as children gathered for a K-pop-themed program inspired by the 2025 animated Netflix film “KPop Demon Hunters.”

Hosted by Royal Princess Prep Entertainment, the event welcomed students in grades K through 6 to the library’s second-floor community room, where performers portraying characters from the film — HUNTR/X members Rumi, Mira and Zoey — delivered a high-energy show. The program featured singing, dancing and interactive elements that encouraged children to participate and engage with the performance.

Young attendees joined in on choreography, watched up close and posed for photos with the performers, many sporting face paint and themed outfits. The event blended entertainment with creativity, giving children a chance to connect through music and movement.

Programs like this highlight the library’s role as a vibrant community space, offering experiences that bring popular culture to life while fostering creativity and engagement for local families.
