Rascal House Too Daycare celebrated the opening of its new location on Grand Avenue at St. Peter's Lutheran Church with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Baldwin Chamber of Commerce.

Owners Donna Manzela and Helen Sofocu, along with Director Miki Hilburger, were joined by Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé, Nassau County Clerk Kate Murray and a representative from the office of Assemblywoman Judy Griffin to mark the occasion.

The daycare provides a play-based learning environment for toddlers and preschoolers, offering childcare services for local families. Chamber officials said the new center will serve as an important resource for Baldwin parents and young children as it begins operations in the community.
