An East Meadow man is facing charges for driving drunk with his child in the car, police said.
While responding to an unrelated 911 call on May 22 at 5:30 p.m., officers spotted a Black Ford Mustang drive through a stop sign on Glenmore Avenue. On stopping the vehicle, police reported to have found Moody Hough, 45, of East Meadow, driving while intoxicated with his 5-year old son in the rear passenger seat.
Hough was arrested without incident and the child was taken to a local hospital for evaluation.
Hough faces charges of driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned on May 23 at the Nassau County First District Court.
