PA man arrested for assault in East Meadow

According to the NCPD, at 11:45 p.m. on Sunday, Noel Vasquez, 22, of Bushkill, Pennsylvania, was driving a 1998 Nissan Sentra in a parking lot at 1840 Front Street. Two male friends were hanging on the hood of the car, and when one of the males jumped off, Vasquez stopped the car abruptly causing the other male victim, 22, to lose his grip. The victim fell from the car, striking his head on the pavement. He was transported to a local hospital and is being treated for a serious head injury. The other male did not suffer any injuries.
