The path forward is clear. We must expand access to high-quality CTE programs, invest in modern facilities and equipment, forge stronger partnerships between education and industry, and fundamentally change how we talk about career pathways. Success isn’t defined solely by a bachelor’s degree — it’s measured by meaningful work, financial stability and the opportunity to contribute to society.
