Nassau County Police said an unidentified man allegedly stole cash registers and $500 from the Burnside Meat Market & Grocery in North Lawrence on May 10.

Police are looking for a man who allegedly broke into the Burnside Meat Market & Grocery store at 271 Burnside Ave. in North Lawrence on May 10, at 5 a.m.
While on patrol, police found a broken front door and determined that more than likely a man kicked it in and stole multiple cash registers and $500, police said.
Police are seeking anyone with information on the incident to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 244-8477. All calls are confidential.
