According to police, a Cedarhurst man was arrested following an incident on Feb. 10 at 1 p.m. at Lawrence High School.
According to detectives, officers responded to a 911 call at the school located at 2 Reilly Road. Police said a student reported to a school administrator that they had been inappropriately touched by a school employee.
Following an investigation, police arrested Constantine Theodosiou, 59, of Madison Avenue in Cedarhurst.
Theodosiou was charged with forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree sexual abuse.
He was arraigned Feb. 11 at First District Court in Hempstead.
