There was a race for the prized eggs, meeting and taking photos with the Easter Bunny, dancing and plenty of treats at the Egggstravaganza at the Five Towns Community Center in Lawrence on April 16.
Children found eggs filled with candy or other prizes as participants readied for the Christian holiday of Easter, the holiest day across all sects of Christianity, which celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
