The National Council of Jewish Women, Peninsula Section celebrated the 15th anniversary of the first universally accessible playground in Nassau County at Andrew J. Parise Cedarhurst Park in the Village of Cedarhurst with a rededication ceremony last Sunday.
Brandon Forman, a fourth grade student from Lynbrook, and students from Kulanu Academy in Cedarhurst were the first-place winners in the NCJW’s student writing contest based on the question, What does inclusion mean to you?
