The 84th Annual Congregation Sons of Israel Dinner Dance on June 3 honored Hewlett residents, Shari and Steven Hymowitz, and Cheryl and Warren Prosky for their involvement with the Woodmere-based synagogue.
Shari is involved with the Synagogue’s Sisterhood and is co-chair of the College Committee. On the Executive Board, Steven has served as a budget director and treasurer.
Cheryl serves on many synagogue committees as well as the Hebrew School PTA. She is also a member of the National Council of Jewish Women. Warren currently operates a transportation business in New York City and serves on the Executive Board as acting third vice president and Youth Group chairman.
