Craft and Gift Fair back this weekend on the Nautical Mile

Posted

The Nassau County Craft and Gift Fair has returned to Freeport’s Nautical Mile for the second consecutive year, offering fairgoers access to a variety of intricately designed and curated items for sale.

Through the efforts of the newly-formed Nautical Mile Business Organization, led by Executive Director Rich Branciforte, the fair will be held at Sea Breeze Park at the end of the Nautical Mile on Sunday, July 26. The fair will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with free admission to the event itself.

Nassau County Fairs, one of Long Island’s lead promotion groups of similar events, has been selected by the Nautical Mile Business Organization to help lead the event. This year’s Craft and Gift Fair will be the second hosted on or near the Nautical Mile since the fair had a five-year hiatus.

The event promises to be an affair the whole family can enjoy, with the abundance of Nautical Mile business offering dining and waterfront services in addition to the vendors that will be present at the fair. The Nautical Mile Business Organization will also be offering one-day discount coupons for member businesses at its fair booth.

For those who are interested in participating in the fair as a vendor, please call Alan Finchley, the owner of Nassau County Fairs, at 516-442-6000 for instructions. More details can be found at nassaucountyfairs.com.
