The Morgan Park Summer Music Festival wrapped up its 67th season on Aug. 30 with a performance by Half Step – GD Tribute, which brought the music of the Grateful Dead to Morgan Memorial Park. The free concert began at 7 p.m., drawing music fans to the waterfront park for an evening of live music overlooking Hempstead Harbor. The performance served as the finale to the festival’s nine-concert summer lineup, which featured a variety of musical styles and tribute acts throughout the season.
