Wednesday Sept. 20, Ice cream kits

We all love ice cream. Kids in grades 6-12 can learn how to make the frozen treat in 10 minutes, Wednesday, Sept. 20, at the Gold Coast Public Library. Kits are available all day and will include the directions and most of the ingredients on how to make your ice cream. This kit will not include the needed one cup of half and half, milk or ice, due to their perishable nature. 50 Railroad Ave., Glen Head. Information is available at GoldCoastLibrary.org.

Congressman George Santos wil hold an open discussion with constituants on Sept. 22 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Westbury Public Library at 445 Jefferson Street. There will be no access to WiFi.
