The 2020-21 school year is sure to present a unique set of challenges in the North Shore School District. Although all elementary and middle school students will start the year in school, they will have to follow social distancing and personal protective equipment policies. North Shore High School students will be in class two days a week, with the other three consisting of remote learning.
However, North Shore students were nonetheless excited for a brand new school year on Sept. 10, their first day of school. Hundreds of students were all smiles as they left home, ready to start their journeys through another grade level. They were excited to reunite with old friends while meeting new ones and becoming acquainted with their teachers.
