Oceanside came alive with Sailor pride on Saturday afternoon at the annual Homecoming Parade. The event, which preceded the Sailors’ football game, brought together students, families, first responders and alumni for a festive community celebration.
Residents lined the sidewalks waving blue and white as the parade made its way through the heart of Oceanside. From music to dance to firetruck sirens, the spirit of the day was impossible to miss.
Percussion energized both spectators and participants, adding a soundtrack to the Sailors’ homecoming.
The parade highlighted more than school spirit — it showcased the strength of Oceanside as a community. With generations represented and neighbors cheering side by side, the day reinforced that Homecoming is about more than football.
