eXp Realty celebrated the grand opening of its new Long Island office at 129 Broadway in Lynbrook with a ribbon-cutting ceremony that drew local real estate professionals, business owners, community members and public officials.
The new Lynbrook location is expected to serve as a central hub for agents across Nassau County, providing space for training sessions, client meetings and community-based events. The office is designed to support a more collaborative approach to real estate, combining in-person resources with modern technology and tools.
More than 80 guests attended the opening event, which featured networking opportunities, entertainment and a first look at the new space. Attendees were able to meet members of the team, learn about the office’s approach and connect with others in the local business community.
The office is led by a group of real estate professionals working alongside lending partners, with a focus on creating a smoother experience for both agents and clients. By bringing different parts of the homebuying process together, the team aims to streamline everything from pre-approval to closing while offering additional support to agents looking to grow their businesses.
