The West Hempstead Civic Association brought the community together for its sixth annual Nassau Boulevard Street Fair, featuring vendors, live entertainment and activities for families.
The Oct. 18 fair stretched along Nassau Boulevard from Hempstead Avenue to Gaynor Place, transforming the roadway into a community gathering space where residents could enjoy an afternoon of shopping, entertainment and family fun.
Vendors lined the street, offering visitors an opportunity to browse merchandise and connect with local businesses. A designated kids fun zone provided activities for younger attendees, while live entertainment added to the festive atmosphere.
Now in its sixth year, the street fair has become a recurring community event organized by the West Hempstead Civic Association, bringing neighbors together and highlighting the area’s local businesses and community spirit.
The event offered residents of all ages an opportunity to spend time together, explore Nassau Boulevard and enjoy a day of activities close to home.
