Glen Head Elementary students got a surprise when they walked into their elementary school on Dec. 23. The entrance and main hallway were decorated with many candy canes along with Glen Head staff. The hallway was transformed into Candy Cane Lane with numerous snowflakes hanging from the ceiling and candy canes, Christmas trees, dreidels, and snowpeople on the walls as far as the eye could see.
