Zoning approval for Jackson Avenue townhouses extended

The Town of Hempstead’s town board recently reinstated a 2010 resolution that will allow SWP LLC to build six townhouses, with off-street parking, on Jackson Avenue in Seaford. The board voted unanimously in October to keep the change of zoning in place. more
