Oceanside Middle School kicks off Team Spirit week OMS kicked off its annual Team Spirit week with a bang. Traditionally, Team Spirit begins with a raucous assembly in the auditorium, featuring costumes, music, dancing, performances, quiz shows. This year’s theme was music — so staff decked themselves out in costume to represent various genres and eras. Principal Alison Glickman-Rogers dressed as a marching band majorette, Assistant Principal Christina Sapienza as a disco queen and math teacher John Heron as a country music cowboy.
