In addition to being one of my favorite places to eat pizza, Gino’s is also a small business that has been built up over the years, and employs dozens of people who might not otherwise be working.

The Jerusalem Avenue business district in North Bellmore has become a little bit easier on the eyes. The newly refurbished streetscape was unveiled last week by the Town of Hempstead and representatives of Nassau County. The revitalization project was a joint effort with the North Bellmore Civic Association.
