Taylor Raynor, a Democrat from Uniondale, trounced Republican James Lamarre, of Lakeville, in the 18th Assembly District in Tuesday’s election. Raynor, who beat longtime Assemblywoman Earlene Hooper in the September Democratic primary, earned 86 percent of the vote to Lamarre’s 9.
